About Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare in Hatfield. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to children and young people with eating disorders, helping them to overcome challenging behaviors and achieve a better quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the NHS or private care, and will be able to manage a complex caseload, conduct social care assessments, and participate in ICR meetings. You will also be responsible for reporting to the Safeguarding Lead and managing internal investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting social care assessments and risk assessments
  • Facilitating group activities and participating in ICR meetings
  • Managing a complex caseload and reporting to the Safeguarding Lead
  • Liaising with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process
  • Providing access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services
Requirements:
  • HCP registration
  • Social Work England registration
  • A Social Work degree
  • Experience within a similar environment
