About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team at Ada Meher.

This role involves designing and developing new features for our in-house product development and refactoring of an existing legacy codebase into the latest version of Laravel.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with OOP PHP, demonstrable experience with relevant MVC frameworks (preferably Laravel), and experience working to SOLID principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and maintain existing codebase
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to PSR standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in OOP PHP
  • Demonstrable experience with MVC frameworks (preferably Laravel)
  • Experience working to SOLID principles
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Linux/Windows OS
  • TDD experience desirable
