Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Worcester office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, excellent communication and coaching skills, and a deep understanding of digital and print marketing. Key responsibilities include helping the sales team develop their multimedia sales skills, managing key accounts, and planning to meet financial targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, strong sales coaching abilities, and numerate and analytical skills. Experience in sales leadership, customer focus, developing others, and results-driven planning and organizing is also essential. A commercial background with extensive digital and print marketing knowledge is advantageous.
