About the Role

As an Educational Health Care Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out needs-led integrated assessments for children and young people aged 0-19. You will collaborate with service users and other professionals to provide high-quality support and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out needs-led integrated assessments for children and young people aged 0-19
  • Collaborate with service users and other professionals to provide high-quality support and services
  • Evidence experience in carrying out needs-led integrated assessments
  • Handle tribunals and mediations effectively
  • Prioritize workload and meet statutory timescales
  • Construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person-centred multi-agency meetings
  • Chair and lead meetings, resolving conflict and mediation

Requirements

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
