Operations Schedule Planning Officer

This role will be responsible for coordinating the safety processes for new routes and network points, validating production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Tasks- Test and assess future network scenarios
- Validate commercial fleet plans
- Design crew pairing frameworks to manage legality, fatigue, and reliability
- Influence operational resilience
- Coordinate non-standard activities such as nightstops, crew slipping and new aircraft types
- Own Operational Readiness change cycles (ORPS) as required
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for understanding and interpreting data, using insights to recommend changes and improvements to schedule builds. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, along with a good working knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in stakeholder management and operational planning is highly desirable.
