Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for coordinating the safety processes for new routes and network points, validating production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Tasks
  • Test and assess future network scenarios
  • Validate commercial fleet plans
  • Design crew pairing frameworks to manage legality, fatigue, and reliability
  • Influence operational resilience
  • Coordinate non-standard activities such as nightstops, crew slipping and new aircraft types
  • Own Operational Readiness change cycles (ORPS) as required
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for understanding and interpreting data, using insights to recommend changes and improvements to schedule builds. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, along with a good working knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in stakeholder management and operational planning is highly desirable.
