We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building maintenance industry, working on commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Working with single and three-phase power, motors, generators, UPS, LV/HV switching, shutdowns, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and other electrical systems
  • Organizing subcontractors and managing quotations
  • Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
  • Logging and maintaining records of work completed
  • Conducting risk assessments and obtaining permits to work

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Career-driven and motivated individual
  • Polite and personable demeanor

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm working hours
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x on weekdays and 2x on weekends, with a day in lieu on bank holidays
  • Call-out payment of £125 for being on standby
