About The Role

Are you a skilled Roofer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong background in Carpentry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of talented professionals. This role is field-based across the Plymouth area.

Purpose of the Role:

* Provide a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of roofing and carpentry work

* Identify and repair or replace damaged or faulty roofing and carpentry components

* Maintain a high level of safety and quality standards

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Roofer with a strong background in Carpentry

* Excellent multi-skilled abilities in Carpentry and Roofing

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
