We are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Director to join our client's Project Management Corporate Fit-Out / Occupier team, working in London on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions, taking charge of end-to-end service delivery. This will include providing support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery. The Associate Director will ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions, establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Manage a team of professionals, taking charge of annual fee turnovers of £300,000 - £800,000.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Project Management experience, preferably in a Construction Consultancy focusing on Commercial sector projects or closely related.
  • Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction-related qualification, with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role.
  • JCT Contract experience, ideally working across RIBA Stages (0-7) both pre and post contract.
