Care Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage our care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, and leading a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  2. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  3. Leadership and Support: Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care, developing and implementing care plans for residents.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
  2. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
