Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in Cookstown. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist colleagues and management team in daily tasks, such as sales, stock control, and customer service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve set targets.
  • Identify and maximise on opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Be trained to become a product expert with support from the Store and Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Argento product and core values.
  • Well-presented appearance with a taste for luxury and a passion for retail.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in driving sales.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English Grade C or above.
  • A year or more experience in a retail environment.
