Join our dynamic team at Beam Suntory as a Visitor Centre Assistant and embark on a journey that will take you to the heart of the spirits industry. As a key member of our Brand Home team, you will have the unique opportunity to promote our premium Whiskey brands to visitors and industry colleagues from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience to visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
- Lead distillery tours and on/offsite tastings, showcasing the history and heritage of our distillery.
- Work across various areas of the visitor centre, including hosting groups, retail shop, and tasting bar.
- Host all levels of tours, ensuring high standards of customer service and experience.
- Assist with stock takes, daily banking, and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives.
- Ensure Visitor Centre facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong drive and desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
