Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the store, supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers;
  • Coaching and mentoring Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets;
  • Managing retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation;
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency;
  • Representing Jo Malone London in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of luxury retail principles and practices;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
