Mortgage Advisor Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities
  • Proactively contact customers and leads to generate business
  • Utilise bespoke digital marketing materials to post online and attract new customers
  • Participate in dedicated training and coaching to develop your skills and progress in your career
  • Contribute to the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients through various channels
  • Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months to support your pipeline growth
