About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Asda. Reporting into the Area Manager, this role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader with a passion for healthcare and driving a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve high levels of patient safety.
- Take direct responsibility for the support and development of direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance.
- Collaborate with in-store, regional, and home office teams to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
- Ability to balance line management and pharmacy responsibilities to deliver safe working practices.
- Results-driven with experience in inspiring and motivating teams to achieve defined Key Result Areas (KRAs).
