We are seeking a skilled Request for Proposal Writer to join our team in the Chief Commercial Office Organisation of Investment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals that showcase our investment servicing products and services to clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
As a Request for Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for:
RFP Completion (50%)
- Project management of detailed client proposals covering a wide range of products, including global custody, fund administration, trustee and depositary services, and data and analytics.
- Sourcing accurate response content.
- Working closely with sales teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure proposal input is well-written, accurate, balanced, persuasive, and timely.
- Submission of new and updated material to the RFP database.
- Creative solutions related to continuous-improvement projects.
- Providing appropriate management information to support business unit decision-making.
- Supporting the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business.
- Adhering to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager to comply with internal policies and external regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written English and the ability to edit and tailor text to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Project management experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with investment servicing products, such as global custody and fund administration.
- Experience in a sales support and/or RFP role would be an advantage.
