About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Leyland. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our colleagues and directors, working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including taking inbound calls, completing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize a variety of software systems to a high standard, including Microsoft packages such as Excel.
  • Efficiently file and record keep, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Work alongside other team members to ensure all administration work is completed efficiently and within an allocated time frame.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administration skills, an exceptional telephone manner, and excellent Microsoft package skills. You will also need to be self-motivated, have high levels of accuracy, and be able to work independently as part of a team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate between £12.00-£14.00, paid weekly. This is a temporary position for a period of 3 months initially, with the opportunity to extend or make permanent dependent on performance and business needs.
