We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support a student with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a 1:1 setting.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have experience working with children who face similar challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a student with SEMH needs in a 1:1 setting
- Develop and implement personalized strategies to address the student's unique challenges
- Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs or similar challenges
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, making it one of the highest-paid positions in the region
