Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Duty Manager to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the night team effectively and ensuring the night audit process is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the night team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare the hotel for the following day's business, including ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
- Provide support and assistance to all hotel departments during the night operation.
- Manage all aspects of emergency procedures during your shift.
- Train and develop team members within the department to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Monitor training to support possible future career progression.
- Contribute to the strategy of the department through support and implementation of requirements set by the department manager.
- Ensure all team members are motivated towards providing customer service excellence to our guests.
