Job Description:

As a Vehicle Repair Technician Lead at Octane Recruitment in Crewe, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  • To identify and address any technical issues or concerns, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester, with proven leadership and supervisory skills. A strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
