About the Role:As a Care Companion at Voyage Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex care needs. You will work in our residential service in Langport, a beautiful old house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment, empowering individuals to gain independence in their daily lives. You will be assisting with personal care, encouraging individuals to access their local community, and participating in various activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Encourage individuals to access their local community and participate in activities that promote their wellbeing
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and the wider community
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
