About the Role

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team as Director of Client Legal Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to develop and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, and you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and development within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring quality of service delivery and process compliance across the firm
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Providing guidance and supervision to the business support team
  • Supporting the sales team with new enquiries

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will have a broad set of legal experience, with a strong ability to build relationships and gain the confidence of fellow professionals. You will also have experience in seeking opportunities to maximise revenues and a track record of practical problem-solving.

The right candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent IT knowledge and high proficiency using case management systems. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
