Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support to service users, empowering them to build their self-esteem and live free from abuse.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive support package for service users.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support planning to maximize service users' independence and safety.

Requirements
