Strategic Social Media Manager

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Social Media Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. As a seasoned social media professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage audience.
- Paid Advertising: Set up and manage paid social media ads, ensuring effective targeting and budgeting.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate high-quality content tailored to each social media channel, including graphics, videos, and text.
- Content Calendar Management: Coordinate a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging across all platforms.
- Analytics and Tracking: Monitor key metrics and report on return on investment (ROI) to inform future marketing strategies.
- Keyword & Hashtag Optimization: Utilize keywords and hashtags to optimize social profiles and posts for discoverability.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand visibility.
- Social Media PR & Brand Awareness: Work with external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and leverage social media for public relations and brand awareness.
- Multiple Account Management: Manage multiple Twitter accounts and other social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all profiles.
- Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop innovative ideas to keep the firm's social media strategy fresh.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer or professional services.
- Proven success in social media management, with a track record of enhancing performance, driving engagement, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong writing ability and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with social media automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other marketing software.
- Familiarity with analytics, keyword optimization, and influencer engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts while meeting strict deadlines.
