Flexible People Ltd is currently recruiting 7.5t Home delivery drivers for a well-known client based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-national organization with potential for growth and opportunities.

As a 7.5t Home delivery driver, you will work with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering include TVs, flat-pack furniture, gym equipment, and white goods.

Due to the weight of the products, you must be physically fit. The company offers a 'room of choice' delivery, and you will be fully trained on how to do this.

Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple-choice highway code/tacho exam. This will be followed by a subsequent induction day.

The company operates 7 days a week, and you will be offered a 5 or 6-day rota. Weekend work will be involved.

Shift timings are 06.00 start, with shifts lasting roughly 8-10 hours. The pay rate is £16.00 inc holiday pay.

After 13 weeks, you can be offered a contract directly with the company. As a full-time member of staff, you will be entitled to an award-winning range of benefits, including:
