About the Job

As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care and support, assisting with personal care tasks, preparing nutritious meals, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities
  • Live in the client's home, providing care and support
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals and monitor clients' eating habits
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
Requirements
  • Experience in caregiving
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with the care team
  • Empathetic nature with a patient and understanding demeanour
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 per year, 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, access to a TV and WiFi, comprehensive training and support. Our company values diversity and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults.
