KDR Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading Data SaaS company to find their next Senior Project Coordinator. This role is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within data and software.

Our client is a global software company providing innovative solutions in data management, analysis, and business automation. They're seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic consulting team.

The Role:

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality projects and internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the activities of a project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and refining project plans and reporting on project status
  • Leading external client engagement, including communication with C-level executives
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
  • Communicating technical details and requirements with the project team and serving as a liaison between management and the project teams
  • Ensuring regular, timely communication occurs between project teams and stakeholders, and proactively escalating project issues and risks
  • Providing input to develop Statements of Work (SOW) with assistance and involvement of the Project Manager or Sponsor
  • Helping to identify deficiencies in processes and procedures that impede the smooth delivery of projects
  • Promoting PM best practices throughout all stages of the project and within and beyond your own department/team(s)
  • Leading process improvement activities that significantly improve delivery of projects
  • Discovering, monitoring, and mitigating project risks using appropriate risk management practices
  • Collaborating with other Project Coordinators, PMs, Sponsors, and resource managers to resolve any resource or priority conflicts

Your Experience:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a software company
  • Experience coordinating enterprise software implementation projects
  • Relevant Project Management certification (APM/ PRINCE2/ PMI/ CSM)
  • Adept at managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and MS Excel
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical concepts
  • Experience working in diverse, highly technical organizations
