Job Overview

We are seeking a junior lawyer with a background in private practice to act as primary legal cover for the FX and commodity trading desks, serving a range of clients, including private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and sign-off of derivative negotiations undertaken by the UK negotiation team
  • Take a direct role on other matters, including finance-linked hedging
  • Provide legal support for commodities trading and investment strategies

Requirements

  • Legal background in derivatives documentation
  • Experience in private practice or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
