Salesforce, Inc. is a global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our Financial Services team in London.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various financial services sub-verticals, including FinTech, Banking, and Insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute growth strategies that align with customer business objectives and drive revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Success: Quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Account Planning Strategies: Create account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts with a focus on upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom).
