Inizio Engage is seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to support our Recruitment Agency Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the agency through proactive lead generation and partnership working with the Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Vacancy Fulfilment: Prioritise and fill allocated vacancies within the set timeframe;
  2. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly billing targets to support the agency's growth;
  3. Client Networking: Expand InizioPSL clients through effective networking and excellent service;
  4. Talent Pool Management: Maintain up-to-date talent pools and drive candidate engagement;
  5. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and convert new opportunities with the Business Development Manager;
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs and maintain accurate ATS records;
  7. Market Awareness: Stay informed on recruitment trends and the pharmaceutical environment;
  8. Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent communication;
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with Inizio functional/operations managers to ensure smooth process and customer/candidate excellence

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, commercial understanding of Inizio Engage, and strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills. They will also have a proven track record of delivering commercial success in recruitment and be able to work independently and make decisive actions. Additionally, they will be customer-focused with a sense of urgency to achieve results and have good collaboration skills to work with others for optimal solutions.
