Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Decorative Artist to join our team at HC-One. As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for ensuring the homes we care for are presented to the highest standards. This will involve undertaking painting and decorating duties, maintaining a clean, safe and homely environment for our residents and colleagues. You will be responsive and flexible as the needs of the homes change, and will report any issues to the Home Manager or Person in Charge immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Undertake painting and decorating duties to maintain the homes to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and homely environment for residents and colleagues.
• Report any issues to the Home Manager or Person in Charge immediately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the care home.
• Participate in mandatory and specialist training to maintain and update your professional knowledge and competence.
