About Argon Engineering Ltd:

We are a leading organisation in the engineering industry, consistently winning new business and leading the marketplace. We are now seeking an experienced Engineer Surveyor to join our team in Taunton.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a HNC or Level 4 qualification within a mechanical Engineering discipline, strong knowledge and understanding of LOLER & PUWER and PSSR regulations, and hands-on experience with equipment at height and in confined spaces.

The salary for this role is £46,500 (£41,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance), and we also offer a comprehensive training structure and clear progression routes. Additional benefits include a fantastic Benefits Package and Regular Performance / salary Reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair various pieces of crane and lifting equipment or pressure vessels and Steam boiler equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment meets Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
