We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Sight Scotland. As a leading charity providing specialist care, education and research for people with vision impairment, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of people living with visual impairment in Scotland.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £[Salary], depending on experience, and includes a contributory pension scheme – up to 12% employer contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure alignment of efforts and achievement of fundraising goals.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
