Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Training and Development: Maintain and develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest best practices and regulations.
  3. Service Management: Manage the service in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, and financial plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Supervisory or clinical lead experience
  • Experience working in a similar setting, such as learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behavior
  • Minimum 3 years of continuous service in previous roles
Working Arrangements

This is a permanent position, working 3-4 shifts over a 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with the manager.
