About the Role

This is an exciting new opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and providing proactive support to ensure their needs are met.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to work with clients both on the phone and face-to-face, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can demonstrate honesty and integrity in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated client portfolio and act as their first point of contact
  • Provide proactive support to ensure clients' needs are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
