The Role

The appointed Senior Fire Protection Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse range of projects across various sizes and sectors. This position demands a proactive approach to leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fire safety engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in fire engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Chartered Engineer in fire or working towards it, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Strong technical foundation in fire engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in FREAW's (Pas 9980) and excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of these critical areas.
