Our client, a family-owned business with over 500 employees, has been in operation since the mid 1800s. They specialize in service, maintenance, and groundcare machinery for various industries, including agriculture, construction, fire & security, and ground care.

Job Purpose

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for identifying customers' needs, determining priorities, and allocating jobs to workshop staff. This role involves taking service calls, updating customers on progress, creating job cards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking service calls and distributing workload efficiently
  • Updating customers on progress and obtaining work authorisation
  • Creating job cards and invoicing jobs in a timely manner
  • Providing service quotes and upselling aftersales
  • Monitoring work in progress to ensure timely completion and invoicing
  • Assisting with depot operations and maintaining health and safety records
  • Handling warranty administration

Qualifications and Skills

You will require:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proven track record of excellent communication skills
  • Organized and diligent approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
