Customer Services Assistant

We are seeking a team player with a passion for food and people to contribute to delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
  • Create attractive food and counter displays to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Show enthusiasm and a can-do attitude towards work.
  • Display passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be an excellent team player with a strong desire to succeed in the role.
  • Thrive working under pressure and have outstanding timekeeping and reliability.
  • Demonstrate a safety-first mindset at all times.
