DGH Recruitment is seeking a skilled Junior IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to all staff, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to incoming incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner, utilizing various mediums.
- Accurately record and update incidents and requests in the Service Desk ticket queues, adhering to set Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain and update incidents and requests in your own as well as the Service Desk ticket queues.
- Alert Senior Analysts and Managers of recurring incidents and potential issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Keep customers informed and updated throughout the support process.
- Escalate problems to senior team members and third-party suppliers when necessary, ensuring effective resolution.
Attributes/Skills:
- Experience supporting a legal environment, with a strong understanding of the industry's specific technical requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these platforms.
- Understanding of PC Hardware and operating systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Awareness of using Active Directory, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot directory-related issues.
- Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve incidents.
