Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Training and Development department, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of engineering training courses to our team members. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Engineering Training and Development Manager in the development of the team's delivery of the necessary engineering portfolio of courses.
  • Identify, develop, and review Training Needs and Technical Courses.
  • Deliver courses at our dedicated Training Facilities in the UK, ensuring quality and consistency across the full scope of learning activities.
  • Experience of training in an Engineering Aviation Environment, or from a similarly regulated environment, is preferable.
  • Proven record of excellent people skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and experience in facilitation of training in EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M/Part CAMO and Part 21 Organisations or similarly regulated.
