HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to service call requests and assess the requirements of each job to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall service delivery.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

About You:

  • You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • F Gas qualified.
  • 17th or 18th Edition (Desirable).
  • You will be professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times, with a hands-on, can-do approach to your work.
  • A positive approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment and adapt accordingly, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience of HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment.
  • Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel on a daily basis.
