We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of package commercial plans, incorporating deliverables and commercial plan targets into package scopes and pricing documents.
  • Support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise.
  • Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents as required, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
  • Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Implement policies for risk management.
  • Prepare Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off.
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports.
  • Value works executed by Sub-Contractors.
  • Certify interim and final payments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and project management tools.
  • Relevant driving licence.
