Childcare Team Lead

Tigers Childcare is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team in Enfield.
About the Position:- This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality childcare services in a play-based setting, including:
- Supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
- Conducting observations and learning stories for assigned children.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fetac Level 6 (or recognized equivalent) in a childcare qualification.
- Competitive salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
