Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at Base Materials. In this role, you will be responsible for operating automated and manual plant and machinery, conducting quality assurance checks, and ensuring continuous monitoring of operations and product.

The successful candidate will have basic literacy and numeracy skills, with experience working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. A valid counterbalance license is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £11-12 per hour, plus a £10 daily shift allowance. Our team benefits from 33 days holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and profit share. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and supportive work environment, where employees can grow and develop their skills.
