About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Silverstone. As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on vehicle parts and accessories
- Ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed
- Assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing
- Take responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within the motor industry and strong IT literacy skills. High levels of organization and attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
