Repairs Coordinator

We are working with a Housing association to find a skilled Repairs Planner in Pitsea. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling within social housing contracts, preferably with a main contractor or Registered Social Landlord (RSL). Key skills include:

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in planning and scheduling social housing contracts
• Familiarity with repairs and maintenance software, especially 'Connect'

Main Responsibilities:

• Call management: Oversee incoming calls on the system
• Diary management: Organize and manage operatives' schedules effectively
• Administrative duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
• Work allocation: Plan repairs and maintenance tasks, assigning them to the appropriate operatives based on their skill sets and locations
• Stakeholder liaison: Maintain communication with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Document control: Ensure worksheets are received, verified, and accurately managed
• KPI monitoring: Strive to meet individual and client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including health insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
