Property Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team at LiveWest. As a valued member of our team, you will deliver exceptional fault-fixing and maintenance services across multiple sites, ensuring our homes are safe and comfortable for our customers.

• Provide a high-quality fault-fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
• Support our out-of-hours service, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers at all times.
• Represent LiveWest with professionalism and commitment to quality.

• A core trade in Plumbing achieved by a formal qualification.
• Good general multi-skilled abilities.
• A good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Highly competent.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ideally, experience working in customers' properties.
• A full UK driving licence.
