About the Job

This is a compelling opportunity for a Senior Staff Analog IC Design Engineer to join a solid and growing Semiconductor company based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to work on low-power, high-performance Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designs in advanced CMOS processes for consumer applications.

The successful candidate will have experience in ADC and DAC design, reference generators, voltage regulators/converters, amplifiers, oscillators, and signal conditioning Analog front ends.

A comprehensive understanding of CMOS process technologies and Analog/mixed-signal design methodologies is required.

We offer a competitive salary package of £85k - £95k plus excellent benefits, including visa sponsorship and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Analog IC Design engineers responsible for developing complex mixed-signal products
  • Contribute to every phase of the design process, from specification and architecture to transistor-level design, simulation, modeling, layout supervision, verification, and final product delivery
  • Provide strong leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to drive successful project outcomes
