About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Healthcare Growth Strategist will play a critical role in driving our revenue and growth ambitions in the UK. You'll be part of our dynamic Growth Team, responsible for identifying, cultivating, and winning new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough market analysis, building relationships with potential customers, and developing compelling proposals to secure new business.

You'll have the chance to work closely with our internal teams, including customer success, clinical, product, and sales, to scope out solutions for prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on prospective markets and opportunities.
  • Engage with new and potential customers, building strong relationships to drive growth.
  • Develop financial models to inform opportunity sizing, pricing, and commercial viability.
  • Promote our services to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our digital healthcare solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective customers, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to identify new business opportunities and build sustainable relationships.
  • Experience in developing and delivering successful healthcare solutions in the market place.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in building commercial finance models and providing robust business cases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • The ability to travel to support business development activities.
