About the Role:
  1. You'll work closely with specialists across Acoustics, Air Quality, Ecology, Planning, and Social Value, collaborating on high-profile property development and urban regeneration projects.
  2. This role offers a flexible, inclusive working environment, fostering professional growth and development for all team members.

You will shape the strategy for the property division for EIA offerings while gaining recognition for your expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Possess 10+ years of industry experience, with proven leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration initiatives.
  2. Demonstrate a strong track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements (ESs), and delivering projects on time and budget.
  3. Be skilled in business development, including bid writing and revenue generation, with an active network of contacts in the property sector.
  4. Exhibit exceptional communication, project management, and client liaison skills.
