We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at Nexgen Group, an award-winning provider of professional cleaning and grounds maintenance services.

**Job Summary:**

  • This is a part-time opportunity requiring the individual to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible hours between 2 hours per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization within our static sites in Cromer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a cleaning environment and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including dusting, damp wiping or washing walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweeping floors using brushes or dust control mops, and mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas and emptying waste bins or similar receptacles.
  • Mixing cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use and replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Cleaning kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
